customer satisfaction.
We appreciate your business and want you to be a repeat customer and
to feel comfortable recommending us to family, friends and colleagues.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY ON STOCK ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have
a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately when your order
arrives. We are more than happy to replace items that you are not happy
with, or to offer you a full refund less the shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items after 30 days due to an individual's "wearing
style". Most companies will not accept returns after jewelry has been
worn due to wear and tear, but we want you to try it out. We hope you understand
that we all have different levels of "wear and tear". Some of
us will wear jewelry while playing football in the backyard with our kids,
while others may wear it only to church or the office.
For wholesale orders there will be a 20% restocking fee for orders returned
after 30 days. We will not accept inventory that has been altered
in anyway from our original packaging.

Be sure to check your items when you receive them for any possible damage
from shipping. You must report damages to UPS within 7 days of receipt
for a full replacement or refund (UPS = 800-742-5877). Our return address

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please check your order for any manufacturing defects upon receipt of your
order. Please keep in mind that each piece is individually handcrafted
and may contain a few imperfections. This only makes each piece that much
more unique.
Because we cannot restock custom orders, custom jewelry can only be returned
for an exchange within 10 days of the purchase date. We cannot accept returns
on custom jewelry that has been worn, altered or engraved. Please allow
4 weeks for exchanged pieces to ship.
PURITY
In its natural state, pure silver is very soft, so it is often alloyed
with copper for strength. All of our sterling silver items are marked with
the number “.925”. Sometimes it is hidden inside the bail of
a pendant. The number .925 means that the alloy is at least 92.5% silver
and 7.5% copper. This quality stamp is your assurance of the pieces’ integrity.
CARE
With proper care, your jewelry will last a lifetime. Your sterling silver
jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation. A good
idea is to keep your jewelry in a zip lock bag or an anti-tarnish bag when
not in use. Do not store your silver directly on wood or in tissue paper,
which often contains acids that can affect silver’s finish. Avoid
exposing your silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or
ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can
damage silver. Do not dip any oxidized, resin filled, or stone jewelry
in silver cleaner. Instead, use a silver cleaning cloth to polish.
